📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the mining operations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR staff, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
