• Manage end-to-end banking operations, including account opening, maintenance, and closure.
• Process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Use industry-standard tools and software, such as Core Banking Systems, to manage transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their banking needs and resolving any issues that arise.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring that operations are running efficiently and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements and best practices, and provide training and support to other team members as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders to ensure that banking operations run smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using Core Banking Systems and other industry-standard tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
