📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and payroll management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
