📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market demands and company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and marketing, to deliver innovative solutions.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS to create and analyze product designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform design decisions and mitigate potential issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to ensure product quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in product development.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, with a focus on NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials, with the ability to translate design requirements into manufacturable products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
