📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily laundry operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing of linens.
• Lead and mentor a team of laundry staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies and equipment.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure seamless linen distribution and collection.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as resort policies and procedures.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure that all laundry equipment is properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laundry supervision or a related field in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing laundry operations in a high-volume, luxury resort environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and processes, including steamers, dryers, and folding machines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for linen and laundry management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a strong focus on detail and quality.
• Valid certification in laundry management or a related field is a plus.
