IT System Operations Specialist - Emobile Indonesia

Emobile Indonesia is looking for an IT System Operations Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and security of our IT infrastructure. You will monitor, maintain, and optimize our systems to support our business operations and drive efficiency.

As an IT System Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our systems are always up and running, and that our data is secure and protected. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise, and for implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect our systems and data
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with our systems
• Optimize our systems to improve performance and efficiency
• Provide technical support to our employees and ensure that they have the tools and resources they need to do their jobs effectively
• Work closely with our development and IT teams to ensure that our systems are always up to date and that they meet the needs of our business
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT system operations and security
• Provide regular reports and updates to our management team on the status of our systems and any issues that may require attention

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system operations and security
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and networking technologies
• Experience with ITIL framework and best practices
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
