📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our Shopify and Tokopedia storefronts, ensuring they are always up-to-date and engaging.
• Handle inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and tracking.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring they are shipped out in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure our online stores are always optimized for maximum performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, implementing new strategies as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategy, helping to drive our digital sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, with a focus on Shopify and Tokopedia.
• Proficient in using Shopify and Tokopedia, with a strong understanding of their features and functionalities.
