📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process vendor invoices and payments using QuickBooks and SAP
• Manage accounts payable activities, including reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses
• Participate in vendor negotiations and contract reviews
• Support the finance team in maintaining compliance with financial regulations
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
