📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and meet with retail outlets to promote and sell our snack products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts.
• Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
• Participate in trade shows and promotions to showcase our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retailers and end-users.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in FMCG sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
