📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our target audience,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing tools and processes,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them in a clear and concise manner,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or WordPress,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time-management skills
