📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, services, and company policies.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure that the store is running smoothly.,Participate in store audits and other quality control measures to ensure that the store is meeting company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail or F&B industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of retail and F&B operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
