📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and consistency.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing menus.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
