📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of HVAC ducting projects from start to finish.,Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of workers, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project progress and quality.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.,Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in HVAC or construction projects.,Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting materials, and installation techniques.,Excellent project management and organizational skills.,Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
