📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Fluent in English and Indonesian
