Bright Food Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. We are a leading food company in Bali, and we are looking for a professional who can help us maintain and improve our operations. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Gianyar, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for the food industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and reduce costs.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Maintain accurate records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
