We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team at Cafe Oka Shop, located in the beautiful Ubud, Bali. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources needs and ensuring a positive work environment for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits.,Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and execution of company events and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
