📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and identifying recruitment needs.,Sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent through various channels.,Managing the entire recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate suitability.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of talent.
