• Coordinate and manage maritime logistics operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo planning, and port operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and chartering agents to secure optimal shipping rates and terms.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maritime logistics.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maritime logistics operations.
• Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, including ISM, ISPS, and SOLAS.
