Food Point Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in the best condition. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that our delivery vehicles are in good condition and maintained properly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in the best condition.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that our delivery vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and driven safely.,Ensure that all delivery vehicles are in good condition and maintained properly, including regular servicing and repairs.,Monitor and track delivery performance, including delivery times, customer feedback, and vehicle maintenance records.,Provide training and support to delivery drivers, including safety training, vehicle maintenance, and customer service skills.,Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between delivery drivers and customers or between delivery drivers and company management.,Ensure that all delivery vehicles are insured and that all drivers have the necessary licenses and certifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Experience managing and supervising a team of delivery drivers.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Experience with delivery vehicles, including knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Experience with customer service and conflict resolution.,Experience with health and safety regulations, including food safety and handling.,Experience with route planning and navigation software.,Experience with fleet management software.
