📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase sales.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methods.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
