📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations,Support the operations manager in planning and organizing operational activities,Maintain accurate records and reports of operational activities,Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures,Support the operations team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives,Provide administrative support to the operations department as needed,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational discussions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
