In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and comply with safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure that vehicles are available when needed and returned in good condition.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
