New Nest Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Maintain a good working relationship with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
