📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and leading the team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.,Oversee daily tasks and ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to improve performance.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is safe and clean.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Attend team meetings and provide updates on team performance and progress.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fashion industry standards and best practices.,Ability to use computers and other office equipment proficiently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, or a related field.
