As a Civil Technician at PT Bright Properti Servis Indonesia, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including site inspections, material testing, and the preparation of technical reports. You will use industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD and Revit to create and maintain accurate technical drawings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Perform material testing and quality control to maintain high standards of construction.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, including progress reports, inspection records, and incident reports.
• Create and update technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit to ensure accurate project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts for civil engineering projects.
• Support project managers and engineers in the planning and execution of civil engineering works.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Revit for technical drawing and documentation.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and methods.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
