Direct City Berjaya is looking for an Assistant Quality Control to join our team in Tigaraksa, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining high standards in our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet our quality standards.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Identifying and reporting quality issues and defects to the appropriate teams.,Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Conducting training and awareness programs on quality standards and best practices.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.,Working closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or related role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
