📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement customs compliance strategies to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and laws.,Conduct thorough customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Provide expert advice and guidance to internal teams on customs-related matters, including classification, valuation, and documentation requirements.,Monitor and analyze customs trends, risks, and opportunities to identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and finance, to streamline customs processes and improve efficiency.,Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices, and ensure continuous improvement of customs operations.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.,Resolve customs-related disputes and issues, working closely with customs authorities and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance and compliance, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.,Strong understanding of international trade laws, tariffs, and classification systems (e.g., HS Codes).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with customs clearance software and systems is a plus.
