Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.Provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team, supporting business growth and decision-making.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Lead and mentor junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our overall business objectives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of achieving financial goals and driving business performance.🛠️ Keahlian
