• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and support staff.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our logistics services and attract new clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
