In this role, you will engage with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and promote our range of medical products. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring our products meet their expectations and contribute to their success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and clinics.
• Promote and demonstrate our range of medical products, providing detailed information on their benefits and usage.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
• Manage sales targets and contribute to the achievement of company revenue goals.
• Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and stay updated on the latest developments.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
