📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to fleet operations.,Assist in the organization of fleet-related documentation and records.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
