📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on trains and related equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure the smooth operation of the train fleet
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and execute maintenance plans
• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Document all maintenance activities and issues using SAP Maintenance Management
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of new maintenance procedures and protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in train maintenance or a similar role in the rail industry
• Certification in Siemens RailSim or equivalent simulation software is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP Maintenance Management or similar asset management systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Indonesian rail safety regulations and standards
• Ability to travel to various locations as required by the role
