📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.
